Founded by two sisters, SEJ Skin grew from a shared vision of the kind of clinic we wanted to create. One that felt considered and calm, where clinical expertise and genuine care could exist side by side.
We have spent years working across skin, wellness and aesthetics, including alongside Kerry Lynch, Nurse Practitioner , founder of North Coast Medispa and a key part of the Australian Dermatology Group team. We learned from her, worked with her and saw first hand the level of care she brought to her clients and team. When the opportunity came to build something together, it felt like a natural next step.
With more than 30 years in nursing and extensive experience across dermatology and cosmetic medicine, Kerry brought the knowledge, experience and perspective that helped bring the idea to life.
And so, SEJ Skin began. A nurse led clinic backed by Australian Dermatology Group, built around thoughtful treatment, honest advice and caring for skin through every season of life.

Courtney Cribb

With 11 years in beauty, five years in dermal therapy and four years in clinical nursing, Courtney brings together a deep understanding of skin with a clinical perspective that puts people first.
She has a natural ability to read people, notice the little things and make you feel genuinely heard and understood. Known for her warmth, optimism and inclusive nature, Courtney wants every person who sits in her chair to feel comfortable being exactly who they are.
For Courtney, the most rewarding part is seeing what happens after a treatment. When someone leaves with glowing skin, a little more relaxed and feeling happier in themselves, she knows she’s done what she came to do.
Her approach is thoughtful, positive and personal. No pressure to change who you are, just considered care to help you feel good in the skin you’re in.
Samara Cribb
With 5 years of experience working specifically across skin, aesthetics and wellness, Samara brings a different perspective to SEJ.
With a background in marketing, branding and creative direction, she has helped shape the clinic from the ground up, from its identity and philosophy to the experience clients have when they walk through the door.
Having grown up with Courtney in a small coastal town, SEJ is also deeply personal to her. The two sisters have always shared a love of the coast, simple living and creating spaces where people feel comfortable and welcome.
While Courtney leads the clinical side of SEJ, Samara works behind the scenes to bring the bigger picture together. She cares about the details, from how someone first discovers SEJ to how they feel when they walk through the door, and making sure the experience feels considered at every step.

With more than 30 years in nursing, including 11 years in dermatology and 16 years working in cosmetic medicine, Kerry brings an incredible depth of experience to SEJ.
But it’s her warmth that people tend to remember first. Kerry has a naturally welcoming, kind and down-to-earth way about her. She’s the person people quickly feel comfortable with, and the one who seems to know everyone by name.
Her approach is grounded in experience, but never feels intimidating. Kerry believes good care starts with listening, understanding what someone is looking for and creating an environment where they feel completely comfortable asking questions.
At SEJ, Kerry provides clinical guidance, oversees prescribing for treatments, mentoring and training to the team, drawing on decades of experience across nursing, dermatology and aesthetics. She is also part of the wider clinical support behind the treatments we offer, helping ensure our approach remains thoughtful, considered and centred around the individual.
Claudia Dye

With 11 years in healthcare and six years working in clinical nursing, Claudia brings a calm, intuitive approach to every person she sees.
Her clinical background has taught her to think quickly, listen closely and stay grounded when it matters. But it’s the people she meets along the way that she says she loves most. Claudia has a naturally warm, charismatic personality and a way of making people feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
Her approach is thoughtful and emotionally aware. She believes there are a hundred decisions to make in any clinical environment, and one of the most important is choosing to be kind.
Alongside her clinical nursing experience, Claudia has spent time working with vitamin IV infusions, continuing to build her knowledge across health, wellbeing and aesthetics.
At SEJ, she brings that same combination of clinical awareness, curiosity and genuine connection to every appointment.
